I have been writing and speaking about relational energies for so long now. And yet it is still prevalent. Especially now. We are experiencing energies that are pushing against and making waves in our relationships.

I Call BS

A 5 Box Day

It’s time to feel into what we are connecting with and what we are disconnecting from. Quite awhile back I had a bomb drop on my front doorstep. Well not literally a bomb but the visual of what arrived created an unexpected explosive sensation that could only be mimicked by the dropping of a bomb.

Sensitive & Feely

The body… the emotional body. We cannot slide out of it. It’s part of all THIS experience. So often, probably more often than I’d like, I get a rush of emotions, energy, currents that take over all my senses.

I had a conversation with a dear wise friend a while back regarding the heavy energy lingering in the atmosphere. She wanted to connect with a human to process the emotion called Sadness.

I received the most astounding beautiful message today. In every cell of my being and beat of my heart, I know it is for ALL women out there.

Crooked Souls

There’ve been a couple tough situations in my life that required me to sort and sift through deep emotional wounds that seemed to be void of closure.

No Invitation Needed

I cried over my coffee today. Americano… a little blonde, subtly sweet. There were rainbows in the floating bubbles of foam! Don’t ask me why but fun tears showed up… I was even laughing out loud.

Only This

Here I sit… on the end of a treadmill that has no home. Yet. The past is dismantled. Boxed. Packed. Moving out the door. The future is not assembled. Yet.

Divine Energies

There is a lot of talk and focus swirling around the balancing of Divine Feminine energy and Divine Masculine energy. To clarify right up front, any person can contain, and does embody, both energies. It is not gender based.

Neptunian Love

Being a fish, a deep fish… a Pisces in the 12th house deep… I am excited about the energy shift that will flow in towards the end of December that can open the window to spaciousness.

Riding Shotgun

I’ve succumbed to the notion of not looking for our transitioned loved ones where we ‘want’ them to be, or when we’re sad. They will never be ‘there’, and will never reveal themselves within those emotions ~ souls that have transitioned on do not vibrate at those lower energies.

Two Kinds of People

Lately I’ve been hearing and reading about the different labels we like to toss out there about each other. Regardless of topic; political, spiritual, corporate, relationship, etc. It seems people are very easily put into categories or given labels… as if there’s limited types of people in the world.

I’ve realized I’m not nearly as interested in being cool or accepted as I am about being real. I’ve also realized that even in my kindest way of being real it’s not always accepted. All I can say is I’m a *Pisces… and Pisces don’t care about being popular.

The Spider

I found myself protecting a spider in the shower tonight. I got in. There it (he/she) was. It had been a long day of managing thoughts, organizing finances, and navigating support all around ‘the virus’. And my shower is not so big – not quite big enough for all this residual emotion. Imagine the old phone booths with the accordion door.

Emotional Agility

On a girls night out amongst a couple friends whom I feel very close and comfortable with, ones I can be open-hearted and vulnerable with… you know, your ‘circle of trust’ tribe…. I decided to share some strong emotions I was juggling.

Just Words

How aware and truly present are we in our conversations? I mean really!!… Are you aware? We talk to each other throughout our entire day, and conversation is our main means in connecting with others, and yet how truly present are we in our communication?

What Hurt You

“If you don’t heal from what hurt you, you’ll bleed on the people who didn’t cut you.” In some relationships I’ve experienced I’ve been the receiver of unresolved wounds. If you’re an individual that has spent years processing, releasing, and staring old wounds in the face then recognizing when you’re in the line of fire of another’s old pains or belief patterns becomes very clear.
