We

I am valuable, YOU are valuable.
I am important, YOU are important.
I am deserving, YOU are deserving.
I am Love, YOU are Love

If I am, and You are, doesn’t that equal a WE? It’s always been my philosophy that there’s a You, a Me, and a We. The We is the binding for connectedness. Without a We there is only separation. And We are at a choice point. You get to choose how you want to be in it now, and create who you want to be on the other side. Tending to the Me is what will allow the We to be stronger and more transparent.

“You are me, and I am you. Isn’t it obvious that we “inter-are”? You cultivate the flower in yourself, so that I will be beautiful. I transform the garbage in myself, so that you will not have to suffer.” ~Nhat Hanh

I also believe that when the rubber hits the road, and stuff gets tough, that what is amplified is only more of who you truly are.

Who are you when the rubber hits the road? Do you stay-put or run? Are you choosing fear or opportunity? Contraction or an open heart? Survival or creation? Who do you choose to be now… when the rubber has hit the road? Are YOU contributing to a We, and what does that look like?

Observe, look around… what are you witnessing? There is no greater virus than fear.

Lots of people can use such extraordinary times as an excuse to push against things that they’ve already been pushing hard against, and to not allow their current well-being. Do you find yourself pushing against things, situations, or others?

Are you using this circumstance as an opportunity to hold yourself apart from well-being, or are you embracing this moment in time as an opportunity to focus on the alignment of who you truly are. ?

Our inner beings are with us at all times, and its focus is always on our highest good, unless we get caught up with “what is” and choose to get on the train of turmoil. Stop tormenting yourself with complaining and blaming. Take pause to be more aware of your thoughts and energy. Where your attention goes, energy flows.

If we take time to sit in stillness and calibrate with our source energy, we can know it’s more powerful than anything in our outer environment. If we can stay clear of the ‘details’, it is easier to stay aligned and centered. I like to refer to this as ‘broad strokes’ ~ allow in the generality of what is going on around me but let go of the details ~ the stories that abound; the complaining, blaming, panic, fretting. If you can calibrate to the more general place you will easily find yourself among those who remain stable, those who spread the virus of stability, the virus of well-being, the virus of optimism. These peculiar times can reveal to you who you really are, what you really want, and guide you to the receiving of so many things you’ve been waiting for.

And, through it all, we can be easy with ourselves and others. When we hear, read, or see something that stirs up fear or uncertainty, or any other low vibration emotion, we can be kind to ourselves. Those moments are going to pop up as it is humanly understandable to experience waves of confusion and stress. But if we keep the higher perspective of the broad strokes we can allow ourselves to more rapidly return to our center of well-being without getting sucked down the rabbit hole of fear. It seems a time to be a bit more gracious than we might normally be, a tad more loving than we might be comfortable with, and express a type of kindness that goes beyond our standard daily interaction. Reach out in a greater way… pick up the phone, call someone you are thinking about rather than sending off an easy-to-do text.

Take a risk, stretch yourself. Connect!

It is time! It is time to change, adapt, and grow. The universe is urging us. It is urging us to create more truth, radiance, deeper healing, and authentic love. It’s asking us to be something different, to create anew. With my mind and heart I can choose to change. I can choose to be flexible, to accept, to be more in the abundant mindset, to have more compassion and support others. Consider this…. If the world around you melted away, what would you be left with?….Who are you really? I mean, that’s it…. That’s what would be left, YOU.

A beautiful expression of life. There is so much to be thankful for stripped of all the labels…. You know the labels; the CEO, the mom, the athlete, the business owner, the engineer, the entrepreneur, the boyfriend, the vegetarian, the pilot, the therapist, the fireman, the teacher ….
What are you thankful for within?

I am thankful for my passion, my expansion, my choice, my acceptance of change, my courage, my confidence, inner strength and freedom. I am grateful for kindness, forgiveness, my happiness from within and radiant health, my energy, lifeforce, high vibration and all my senses.

WE are all these things. Can you see?

Realize who you truly are, and not only will you get through this, you will flourish. You will flourish and become more than you’ve ever been before.

YOU and ME ~ WE are in this together, and by each of us holding our inner high vibration we will rise and shed love and optimism out into the world.

I see the light in you.

Believe.

Big love. ♥

What I’m about to share are a couple profound experiences (teachings!) I witnessed as a young adult. It is with sincere thanks to my family for always allowing me to be who I AM. And for the courage in each of you to always be with ‘what is’.

A 5 Box Day

It’s time to feel into what we are connecting with and what we are disconnecting from. Quite awhile back I had a bomb drop on my front doorstep. Well not literally a bomb but the visual of what arrived created an unexpected explosive sensation that could only be mimicked by the dropping of a bomb.
