A Letter to Self

*Self-love, self-care, self-appreciation… it can be tough sometimes. Yet we can only love another to the capacity that we love ourselves.

No matter where we go in life, there we are… we are the one constant who is always there.

What is your level of self-love?

“If you don’t love yourself, nobody will. Not only that, you won’t be good at loving anyone else. Loving starts with the self.” ~ Wayne Dyer

Dear Self,

I am filled with gratitude for the mere purpose that you are here. Here you are, right now, focused in the present moment with yourself. So open and aware. Thank you.

The heart that beats for you everyday is bigger than you know and is full of care, Grace, & love. Thank you for always following it.

I am forever grateful for your relentless strength and fearless positive attitude to continue forward through all the challenges that life has delivered. You are more courageous than you might believe.

Thank you for constantly seeking to understand, and your willingness to look within yourself to find the truth of happiness and joy. It is not always easy or comfortable but you hold stead-fast on the path to be your best self, to show up with full transparency regardless of what is presented to you. This is admirable!

I am appreciating where you are and eager for what’s coming.

You are loved! You are lovable! You are enough. You matter.

Thank you for always showing up!

Love, Me

*I encourage you ~ write a gratitude letter to yourself today!

Big love. ♥
